Guarantees and service commitments
You should know what you are approving, what a result means and what the service cannot promise. These are practical product commitments, not a money-back offer or a guarantee of sales results.
Last updatedKnow the cost before an enabled run
Review the estimate or maximum displayed before approving a provider-backed run. The workspace records provider cost information and credit movements so you can review what happened. Held credits and settled charges are different; releasing a hold is not necessarily a cash refund.
A provider may charge for a request that returns no usable contact. We do not promise every unsuccessful lookup is free. If a receipt or charge looks wrong, send the run reference through the contact form or to support@syncscala.com for investigation.
Verification means a check, not a promise
A verified email status reflects the provider's result at the time of the check. It does not guarantee future delivery, inbox placement, consent, replies, meetings or revenue. Unknown and catch-all statuses are not equivalent to verified. Recheck older data and review a contact's current role before outreach.
We focus on relevant professional contact information, not access to a person's private inbox. A business email can still be personal data and must be used responsibly. There is no guaranteed percentage of valid addresses or universal coverage under these terms.
Review the buyer profile before relying on it
AI helps turn your offer into a structured research starting point. It cannot know your market as well as your own evidence does. Read the profile, challenge unsupported assumptions and approve only the filters you intend to use. We do not guarantee that an AI suggestion identifies your best buyer or a person's final purchasing authority.
Availability is stated, not implied
Provider-backed company discovery, contact search and email verification require activation and sufficient provider availability. Phone-number enrichment is not implemented at this launch. Paid checkout is also not active. Roadmap descriptions and educational examples are not a purchase promise or confirmation that an integration is available.
We do not publish a contractual uptime, delivery-time or support-response guarantee. Outages and third-party failures can occur. We do not promise a search-engine ranking, inclusion in an AI answer or a particular business outcome from using the service or reading our guides.
A clear route for problems
Use the contact form or support@syncscala.com for a problem, a correction request or a privacy concern. Include your account email and the relevant reference, not passwords or unnecessary contact lists. A contact-form confirmation means your request was stored, not that an email was delivered or a support deadline was agreed.
We will assess the issue against the service behaviour, records and applicable law. These commitments do not create an unconditional refund policy, and they do not remove any refund, consumer or other rights you have by law. Our Terms of service and Privacy policy provide the detailed conditions.
